Yi Lian is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans video, installation, photography, and painting. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the New Media Department of the China Academy of Art in 2009 and earned a Master’s degree in Transmedia Art from the same institution in 2012. Through narrative techniques and surreal imagery, Yi Lian examines the absurdity and complexity of human experiences that transcend the individual.
